There are lots of reasons why talking about a problem can be difficult, which is why we offer a FREE, no pressure, 20 minute initial chat.

It is completely confidential and can be online, by phone or face-to-face, whatever you are most comfortable with. We’ll also talk you through how we structure our sessions, so it’s a great way to decide if you want to work with us.

Putting in the work

After our chat, the first session is an intake process where we get to know you and what you want to work on. By fully understanding your needs, we can develop a personalised plan of work to help you reach your goals.

We don’t believe in band aids.

Like physical training, mental training takes hard work, dedication and discipline to implement change. We believe in giving you the skills to create peak performance habits that, over time, build lasting mental toughness and change.

Number of sessions

Working together can be in person, online, or through phone calls and messages. Sessions are confidential, typically last 1 hour and are the main space for our work.

Everyone is different. The number of sessions are designed to meet your individual needs and well being. Progress can be made over 4-5 sessions; whereas some athletes benefit from more, and enjoy continuing their mental training throughout their competitive season or leading up to an important event.
